Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
Company: ARBITRAGE ACADEMY LLC
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("You" or "User") and ARBITRAGE ACADEMY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, course content, coaching, group calls, private community, and all related platforms and materials (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, submitting an application, booking a call, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Arbitrage Academy LLC provides educational and informational content related to prediction markets, arbitrage concepts, bankroll and risk management, and market mechanics.
We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, fund manager, or financial institution. Nothing we publish or say is financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice, and nothing is a recommendation to enter any specific position.
We do not manage money, place positions on your behalf, or hold client funds at any time.
3. Risk Disclosure
Participation in prediction markets involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing the entire amount you commit. Spreads can move, positions can fail to fill, platforms can restrict accounts, limits can change, and outcomes can be resolved in ways you did not anticipate.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, your own capital, and for confirming that your activity is lawful where you live. Prediction market access and legality vary by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, platform terms, and tax obligations.
4. No Earnings Guarantee
Any figures, screenshots, testimonials, or examples presented are illustrative only and are not typical results, nor a promise of future performance. Past results do not indicate future results.
We make no assurance, representation, or promise that you will earn any specific amount of money, or any money at all. Your results depend on many factors including your capital, experience, discipline, available platforms, and work ethic.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. We may decline or terminate any application or enrollment at our discretion.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Program fees, payment plans, and any refund terms are those disclosed on the checkout page or in the enrollment agreement you sign at the time of purchase, which control if they conflict with these Terms.
Because our programs deliver immediate access to digital educational materials and live coaching, purchases are non-refundable unless a written refund policy expressly states otherwise. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in immediate termination of access and collection of amounts owed.
If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the balance is paid in full.
7. Intellectual Property and License
All course content, videos, spreadsheets, frameworks, tools, recordings, and written materials are the property of Arbitrage Academy LLC and are protected by intellectual property law.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own use. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any materials
- Record, screenshot, or republish calls or community content
- Share your login or community access with any other person
- Use our materials to build or market a competing program
Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
8. Community Conduct
In any community, chat, or live call, you agree not to harass other members, solicit or promote outside offers, share pirated content, post misleading claims, or offer financial advice to other members.
We may remove any member at any time for conduct that harms the community.
9. Third-Party Platforms
The Services reference or integrate third-party platforms including prediction market venues, payment processors, scheduling tools, form providers, and community software. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, decisions, fees, account actions, or terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitrage Academy LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arbitrage Academy LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your positions or financial decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive participation in any class action.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
